mySymptoms helps you understand your health by tracking your diet and symptoms, and by sharing your journal with your clinicians.

mySymptoms is a flexible food and symptom diary providing an easy way to track food, symptoms, and bowel movements, and to help identify trigger foods in your diet. mySymptoms can track food, bowel health, stress, sleep, mood, periods, medications and symptoms to gain insights into your digestive health and well-being.

mySymptoms makes logging a food and symptom diary easy - remembering your favorite foods and letting you add custom symptoms. The diary analysis reveals any patterns that emerge between your diet and symptoms. Print a PDF report of your diary/journal to share with your clinician.

Used 2 wks. Would like to see new features but feel it's worth $8. Faithfully entered food, medication, symptoms etc. I like scanning the bar scan on items & most times (for me every time) it shows in the database. My doctor & I were able to figure out the key item causing migraines due to the report. If you need to know every single ingredient, I don't think I would recommend. More expensive apps with a ton of features wasn't what I needed. This was the perfect option for me

Really great for quickly tracking what I'm eating and recording my symptoms. The favorites feature works very well. The database can be a bit hit or miss. It would be nice if there was more moderation and perhaps duplicate items could be consolidated. Also more detailed search filtering would be nice

I used the free version for a long time and liked the app. I use it for keeping track of supplements medications and meals. I want to get rid of the nag screen so I paid for the full version. I'm very happy that I did. This app helps me keep track of things and is very useful. An improvement would be to show how long it has been since a certain event. Like how long has it been since I took my vitamins? When I scroll to the bottom, sometimes it automatically scrolls back up to the top.
