The MyLATITUDE™ Patient App is a free app for Boston Scientific patients who use the LATITUDE™ NXT Communicator. It helps you set up and understand the status lights of your Communicator, saving you time and avoiding the need to call Customer Support. The app also provides information about the status of your Communicator. Please note that it is not meant to replace your Patient Manual, so refer to that or contact Customer Support for questions. The LATITUDE™ NXT Patient Management System is a remote monitoring system that allows your healthcare provider to access your implanted device data. It is not for medical emergencies, so call your doctor or emergency number if you feel unwell. The Communicator works with standard telephone lines and certain other systems. It should only be used with the patient's prescribed implanted device and authorized by the prescribing physician. Keep the Communicator connected to power and a telephone line or adapter. Avoid interference from electronic equipment by staying at least 36 inches away.
