It also offers various levels of difficulty to encourage improvement and tools for tracking and recording progress. The app is fun, engaging, stimulating, and interactive, making eye exercises enjoyable. There are three levels of difficulty, and once you perform well at level 1, you can email for passwords to unlock levels 2 and 3. Depending on your eye condition, you can choose either positive or negative relative fusion exercises, as advised by your eye care professional. You can set phone alarms to remind you to do the exercises.
