Good not great. Suggestions- make the reports easier to read, including the colored faces, and ability to set the dates you are exporting. Add an affirmation widget and notifications. Issue - unable to scroll all the answer selections in the quizzes when using the app vertically. It works horizontally but that's annoying to use. I have a Oneplus 12. Latest version of the app and system OS.

I adore this app! Three years and several updates later, this is still my absolute favorite CBT and journaling app. The daily mood tracker, guided thought journals, and crash courses are a nice addition. I previously did not see the value in the $30/year plan, but after purchasing it for myself, the additional guided journals and ability to customize positive/negative emotions, and the entries being cloud-synced makes the subscription worth it. Still would recommend highly!

I like this app, so for the betterment of an easy mental health self care tool I opted for the pro version after a month. The one thing I could use is an auto save feature. I could've written a book by now with all of the entries I have lost getting distracted by outside forces( I have a 2 yo...) auto save feature would help me soooo much. Other than that just more things to read about. I love this form of therapy. Wellness chk & journaling really can be so cathartic for a troubled soul!
